JEE Main 2025 Session 1: 12 Questions Dropped in Final Answer Key, NTA Grants Full Marks

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 (Paper 1 – BE/BTech) on 10 February 2025. The exam was conducted from 22 January 2025 to 30 January 2025.

As per reports, 12 questions have been dropped from the final answer key, with most of them from the Physics section. In such cases, NTA will award full marks to all candidates, whether they attempted the question or not.

Impact on Student Scores

According to NTA:

• For MCQs, if a question is incorrect or has no correct option, all candidates will receive full marks.
• If more than one option is correct, candidates who chose any correct option will receive full marks.
• If all options are correct, candidates who attempted the question will receive full marks.
• For numerical value questions that are incorrect or removed, full marks will be awarded to candidates who attempted the question.
