Application Correction Begins: Update Your Details Now

JEE Main 2025 Session 2: Application Correction Window Opens Today – Check Editable Fields

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for JEE Main 2025 Session 2 starting 27 February 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now make corrections to their application forms through the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in →. The correction window will remain open until 11:50 PM on 28 February 2025.

Who Can Edit the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application?

1. Existing Candidates: Candidates who applied for Session 1 (October 28 – November 22, 2024) and have also registered for Session 2 (February 2 – 25, 2025) can edit the following fields:

• Course / Paper
• Medium of Question Paper
• State Code of Eligibility
• Exam City Preferences (based on availability)
• Educational Qualifications (Class 10 & 12)
• Gender
• Category
• Fee Payment (if applicable)

Note: Additional fees may apply for some changes.

2. New Candidates (Applied only for Session 2): Candidates who registered only for Session 2 can update these fields:

• Educational Qualifications (Class 10 & 12)
• State Code of Eligibility
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Category
• Sub-Category / PwD Status
• Signature
• Supporting Documents

They may also update the exam city and language medium based on their permanent or current address.

However, changes are not allowed in the following fields:

• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Permanent & Current Address
• Emergency Contact Details
• Candidate Photograph

Additionally, only one of the following can be updated:

• Candidate Name
• Father’s Name
• Mother’s Name

1. Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in →
2. Log in using your application number and password
3. Open your submitted application form
4. Make the necessary edits carefully
5. Pay any additional fee, if required
6. Submit the updated form
